Sea Breeze management are pleased to be able to offer their guests the opportunity to stay in a uniquely roomy, comfortably appointed and delightfully situated, ground floor apartment that forms part of an exclusive, purpose built, detached two storey villa. It is ideally suited for groups or families and has plenty of room for playing, entertaining or relaxing. The massive veranda that wraps around three sides of the apartment is ideal for chilling out and entertaining, while the large garden and swimming pool provides ample room, both for the energetic and those seeking some serious sunbathing opportunities.
The apartment has its own private entrance, which opens into a cool and very private Mediterranean style home. Accommodation features 3 large bedrooms: one double, with en-suite bathroom, wardrobe area (incorporating a washing machine) and two twins with a shared family bathroom. All the bedrooms have access to shady veranda style balconies via sliding doors.
There is a large open-plan living area, incorporating a dining table, sofas and TV area. This room also has access to the veranda, which provides another living space. This area features an open-plan well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, cooker and a comprehensive range of gadget for home dining.
This apartment has all the luxury and comforts of home. Amenities include a CD/DVD player, satellite flat screen TV, free wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The apartment has air conditioning throughout.
The large, landscaped garden, full of the most wonderful trees, including an ancient oak tree from which the villa takes its name, plants and flowers makes this apartment an idyllic place to relax and unwind on your holiday. The two apartments are occasionally occupied during the summer months but the quality of the building and the size of the garden means that every family has its own space.
Hisarönü, with its shops, restaurants, nightlife, shopping and public transport is an easy 10-minute stroll from Oak Tree Villa. The world-renowned Ölüdeniz Beach is just 10 minutes with transport.
A daily cleaning service is provided and linen is changed twice a week.
